Our medical focus

Focused Specialist Eye Care in Your Own Suburb

We are a specialist-only practice, which means our entire medical focus is strictly dedicated to advanced diseases and surgery of the eye. We believe your vision deserves precise, highly focused subspecialty attention. That singular focus shapes everything we do.

Our modern rooms sit in the heart of Eastwood, proudly serving one of Sydney's most vibrant and diverse communities. This means you can access specialist ophthalmic care without the stress of travelling far from home.

Remaining local is incredibly important if you are managing a long-term condition, or if you find long journeys tiring. Keeping your appointments close to home also makes it much easier for a family member, friend, or carer to accompany you to your visits.

Our care philosophy

Clear Communication and Empathy

We understand that your sight is incredibly precious. When you trust us with your vision, that profound responsibility shapes everything we do. It guides how we explain your diagnosis, how we outline your treatment options, and how we map out your care journey alongside you.

Many of our patients manage long-term eye conditions that require a steady, ongoing relationship with a specialist. Our practice focuses on providing consistent, protective monitoring over the years, allowing us to detect any subtle changes early and preserve your sight.

When you visit our clinic, you can always expect:

  • Plain-Language ExplanationsWe translate complex medical conditions into clear everyday language, explaining clinical terms as we go.
  • An Unhurried EnvironmentWe ensure you have plenty of time to ask questions, leaving with a clear and confident picture of your eye health.
  • Collaborative Treatment DecisionsWe discuss every aspect of your personalised treatment plan with you before any decisions are made.
  • Honest, Transparent GuidanceWe provide realistic expectations of what a procedure can achieve because every individual patient is unique.

Our team

Meet the Surgeons Caring for Your Eyes

Our clinical team is made up of specialist ophthalmologists with advanced subspecialty training in their respective fields. All of our surgeons are FRANZCO-qualified and hold specialist registration with AHPRA.

Together, our surgeons provide comprehensive coverage across major areas of eye care.

Several of our surgeons completed international fellowship training at established institutions, including Moorfields Eye Hospital and Bristol Eye Hospital in the United Kingdom, alongside extensive training at Sydney Eye Hospital.

This breadth of subspecialty training provides you with a practical benefit. Both straightforward cases and highly complex eye conditions can be managed within our single practice. Our surgeons regularly collaborate, drawing on each other's subspecialty knowledge to optimise your care. If your condition affects multiple parts of the eye, you will never have to be sent away to an unfamiliar clinic to start your care all over again.
